Dr Kaufman and his staff are the absolute best. My dental work has not been completed but so far has been an absolute great experience.

Overpriced for poor work and terrible bedside manner. I have been on an aligner (3D predict was the brand used) journey with this doctor that was supposed to be under $6k and 1 year plan but turned into almost three years and well over $6k with all the "refinements" that were even longer than the original plan. In the end I was left with a smile that was neither straight nor symmetric. No teeth were extruded either. Now my bite it not aligned (need Botox to be comfortable), and my teeth bite into my cheek causing substantial irritation. On top there are gum flaps on my molars from my wisdom teeth removal over 10 years ago that are inflammed and when ever i brought it up with the doctor, he would just push an *overpriced* cleaning. One reviewer wrote: "Dr. Zev took one look at my teeth and proceeded to berate me with insults". I believe this because Zev insults and dismisses anyone who doesn't agree with him. He gaslights and upsells his credentials when he genuinely shouldn't ("I'm a prosthodontist. I can do ortho better than orthos") and he is so desperate for a sale that he won't refer you to a specialist. In this office, it's always the patient's fault. They will blame you fo

I was referred to Dr Kaufman by my daughter who is also his patient. Doctor Zev planned my implant dental treatment which lasted 2 years. Since I live in Brooklyn and I had to travel to Manhattan at my young age of 68 the results were well worth it. My dental implant journey was smooth and pleasant because Dr Zev Kaufman has a Calming presence which makes me at ease and I completely trust him with all my dental care. He is very knowledgeable, a perfectionist and he will always makes me smile with his charming personality. The office is always spotless, the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Even-though, Im 80 years old and live in Brooklyn, I will continue traveling for my dental check ups as long as I am alive. Jane Grossman, the Registered Dental Hygienist is gentle, through and she is communication with me clearly in order to ease my anxiety. I was told by my friends that I could buy a house by now with the money I’ve spent on my dental care and I responded with “ I would do it all over again, if I had to.” Dr. Zev Kaufman, I just want you to know that your worth is valuable.

This is my first Google review ever and admittedly I should have written this sooner. Dr. Kaufman has been my dentist since 2020. I came to him in need of a full mouth restoration after a very distressing experience with a well known periodontist. My mouth was in a complete state of disrepair. I am an attorney who needs to speak in front of people every day, At the time I went to him, I couldn't open my mouth without crying. I was traumatized. Without going into all the detail here, Dr. Kaufman gave me my smile back. While other practitioners I had consulted with were hesitant to even try to repair such a difficult case, Dr. Kaufman took my case with no hesitation or reservation whatsoever. He said it was easy! I was crying but he was completely calm. He assured me it would be seamless. And it actually was! Better still, he was a "one stop shop" - he was able to do the periodontics, the implants, the caps and make it all aesthetically pretty close to perfect--meaning I didn't have to see multiple specialists (which made my life as a working mom so much easier). He made himself available at all times, at all hours and assured me repeatedly that he would stand by his w

Dr K, Dr C , Jane and all the staff have as much personality and courtesies as they do skills. It is a pleasure to forget about driving an hour and 20 minutes to see them when you walk in their door until you walk out. My teeth never felt or looked better. I especially love them because they do not hassle me about smoking cigars. thank you, Dr. Kaufman and the entire staff.

Excellent experience with Dr. Kaufman. The staff along with Dr. Kaufman were professional, intelligent, employed common sense and creativity and were a pleasure to work with. Most important Dr. Kaufman successfully resolved the dental issues at hand. We are most appreciative!

Dr. Zev Kaufman is an incredible dentist with extensive knowledge of all aspects of dentistry. Dr Kaufman gave me a million dollar smile with porcelain and gold crowns, and Dr Kaufman had a tremendous impact on my daughter also by repairing her two front teeth and providing continuing care even years after treatment was completed. I can’t say enough about Dr Zev Kaufman’s professionalism, his caring kind nature and his knowledge and skills of dentistry are definitely unmatched! I Highly recommend this One of a Kind Prosthodontist for simple or complicated cases, He is the Best!
